Anyway, thank God for the good weather today. The YA (Young Adults) and I went to Sentosa after church and it was really a good time of fellowship. People who went include Bi Yu, John, Spencer, Xin Yi, Auggie and me.
We headed to Vivocity for lunch and though it was just a simple meal, it really open us up to talk to each other and to even share about some things in life. Next, we headed for Sentosa by taking the Sentosa Express and it was so exciting since it was my first time taking it. However, to my disappointment, it was super slow and the view was not that nice at all. So people if you want to take the Sentosa Express, please do not get overly excited like me. Hehe.. The moment we got off the Sentosa Express, the beach was a just die die place to go. And don't worry peeps, it is not because of all the bikini babes or hot hunks but because it was FREE and we wanted to have a sun tan and to unwind also. For hours, we played volleyball, ultimate frisby and soccer. It was really fun man and i was really surprised that a bimbo like me can play soccer too! wootz! haha..
Today's wheather was just hot, hot, hot but where's the sun man? I was so sad as i was the same old fair Vanessa while the rest looked slightly roasted by the sun. Guess i can be the next ambassador for SK II or Nivea Whitening lotion? haha jk jk..
In the end, we didn't stay for dinner but it was a good time chilling out with each other and i'm just glad that Spencer came today. Seriously, i am not close to Spencer but this outing has indeed allowed me to know my brother in christ better. I really do look forward to more of such fellowship outings and don't worry peeps if you miss out on today cox we will be going down again next Sunday! Wootz! Just let us know if you wanna come.
