Anyway, hope you guys had had a good week just like the Youth Mentors and leaders did while we had our retreat. And guess we went? We had our retreat at Mount Emily! Sounds familiar? Ok ok, if you think it's overseas then you're wrong man. It's actually in Singapore and it was the place where the Singapore idols stayed! Haha surprised right.. I didn't know where it was too at first but it was just such a cool backpackers inn. It had a cool rooftop view, cool chill out area and cool bedroom. Everthing was cool, cool, cool man! Haha..

What a picturesque view from Mount Emily!In the midst of all the fun, of course we also had to get down into some serious business. We had short worship sessions and it is something that i enjoyed doing as i see the youth leaders and mentors singing praises and glory to God. Talking about worship, heard of the song ' I could sing of your mountains forever'? Well, it doesnt exist at all but i actually requested for that song instead of 'I could sing of your love forever'! Haha.. I'm just so blur man! Bi Yu will upload the video of me making that mistake on this blog, so check it out. You guys will definately laugh your hearts out! Lol.. Besides worshipping God, we also had a review of 2007 and looked into going beyond 2008. All in all, it was a fruitful session as you see God's people (us) coming togther to brainstorm, plan, pray and ponder on the different articles that were provided to us.
There was also a good time of fellowship as we eat together and our meals were always so yummilicious man! Breakfast was provided by the inn and it was even in buffet style. For one of the days, we went to Banana leaf Apolo for lunch. Nice fishhead curry they serve there! As for dinner, we had Pizza Hut delivery and it was so romantic to eat at the rooftop. One can get a scenic view of all the nightlights, tall buildings and even the DHL hotair balloon from the rooftop! Even after dinner, we went for supper at the all famous Rochor beancurd stall. I seriously think all the Youth Leaders are going to put on weight man! haha..
